They did a fine job but charged $20 extra for dazzle dry?! I’m sorry that’s insane!!! I get my nails done at other salons and it’s like $5 to $8 dollars more TOPS for dazzle dry. Will not be returning for this reason.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went in for a gel pedicure, I had asked if someone could do my nails at the same time as I was short on time and they were happy to do it, I was thrilled! After buffing and cutting my nails, the worker let me know the person doing my pedicure will finish my nails? after they already agreed they can do it at the same time, because I did not have time for two services back to back. I choose a solid color, they painted one toe and it was sheer, so I said let’s just do solid white as the color was different from what I choose, they proceeded to put sheer white on my toes, when I repeated nicely that I wanted solid white, I felt a tension and the worker got very rough, pedicures are supposed to be relaxing, this experience was anything but that. I now notice there is white nail polish being cured on my skin, which causes a reaction and is unsafe. I asked if she could be more cautious and wipe it off before curing, this did not happen, instead, a cuticle cutter was used on my skin to cut the cured nail polish off. Everything is uneven and my cuticle are flooded with white polish, it looks awful. It is extremely unsafe and unhealthy for gel polish to be cured with a UV light on your skin, any licensed nail tech should be aware of this. I did not feel comfortable having them do my manicure and I let them know. When I went to pay, they attempted to charge me for my manicure since they buffed my nails!!! Absolutely not, I let them know I was extremely unhappy with my pedicure and overall service and they tried arguing with me to pay for both services. I ended up only paying for my pedicure, they didn’t really care if I was happy or not. Horrible service, I will never return or recommend.

I love coming here for their foot reflexology. It is very clean, the room is very comfortable but it is the technician who does the reflexology that is amazing! She is kind and quietly friendly and has magic hands that make my feet and legs feel wonderful.

I’ve given this place three chances and won’t be coming back. First visit, I tipped in cash like they asked, but was told (loudly, in front of everyone) that it wasn’t enough and pressured to add more on my card — incredibly embarrassing. Second time was okay, but I was told not to walk in, even though their sign says “walk-ins welcome.” Third time, I showed up at 7:20 PM (they're open until 9), and they turned me away without explanation. Just rude and uncomfortable overall.

4 UR Nails has moved around the corner to a brand new salon. It's the same great staff providing excellent service but with lots more options. There's private rooms for waxing, facials, massages, and they even have a private room for just an extra $20. They added new eco friendly products in an astonishing array of colors. Definitely worth the visit!
